The Whuffie Factor by Tara Hunt - Book Trailer

I love this lady and her book!
Personalily i've applied some of what she's talking about
and it works. Her book helpped me to think of social media and marketin myself
more effectly and care about my own message I myself am sending out to the internet space.

the message is simple and easy to grasp
because its old at the same time.

BP's Crazy OIL SPILL Commercial!

Funny video for the week!

jogging

JoGGING
I took up jogging just a few weeks ago and found that enjoy almost as much as swimming without the running. On the one hand I enjoy the rush.
But I still hate getting up early.
Day starts out like this:
6:00 OR 5:45am I'm up.
I work my way in to my workout gear
EAT a hand full of peanuts or some peanutbutter on bead and fruit with some water
I go outside and warmup.
I head out for a 20 min or 30 min jog.
I come back and cool down.
Its a rush!

A simple video of me doing a little of mixing and improvasations
work....trying to express a laid back feeling of that day.

Tablet of writers dreams

I made this from photoshop using a few tools and a photo or two
just so I could make it in to a background image for one of bloggs or youtube channel
but ended up not being able to work it in to the design.
I still kept it though mainly because I still love how it turned out and...it reminds me of the feeling, thoughts and ideas running through my head when I'm writing.
