I took up jogging just a few weeks ago and found that enjoy almost as much as swimming without the running. On the one hand I enjoy the rush.
But I still hate getting up early.
Day starts out like this:
6:00 OR 5:45am I'm up.
I work my way in to my workout gear
EAT a hand full of peanuts or some peanutbutter on bead and fruit with some water
I go outside and warmup.
I head out for a 20 min or 30 min jog.
I come back and cool down.
Its a rush!
